Well, both Rivals and Scout ranked Brunetti better than Cobb, and he plays for a much better team/program, so clearly, they are in the same league. Isn't Cobb listed as a wr anyway? Great athlete, but very mediocre passer.

your kidding right? Randall was SEC freshman of the year. Listed as QB for the SEC All-freshman team. He can do it all. QB, kick off, WR, and Runs the wildcat(wildcobb) to perfection!

 

Brunetti has not even got off the bench............

Like I said, Cobb's a great athlete, but he's your quintessential Jack of All Trades and King of Nothing. He boasts an impressive 51% career comletion percentage, a 5 yard per carry average, and a 10 yards per catch average.

His feelings were really hurt by not getting an interview with either BA or MBA last time around. Plus if he called BA, someone from that '95 team might answer the phone and years of therapy would go down the drain.

Why would Gary Rankin want to play one of the top four D2 schools now that he is at Alcoa? Did he ever play a D2 school during the regular season when he was at Riverdale? I understand that he did play MBA a few times in a preseason game. It's really not about playing a D2 school or even playing one of the top four or five D2 schools. It's the brutal D2 league schedule that kills most of the teams due to injuries and a lack of depth. To win a D2 championship you must not only be good but you must also have some amount of luck to avoid the injury bug.

1. DII schools have to play the other "girlies" because they're league games, just like your 3A games.

2. 2-0 against McCallie and 1-1 against BA (in 41 years) is hardly "21 years of DII dominance".
