Dobyns Bennett vs Daniel Boone

I've waited a year for this one and my Boone buddies have had a good year replaying the last game.I'll be honest,it was a great defensive matchup last year.It wouldn't have done for me to be a Dobyns-Bennett coach and someone ask about the officiating after the game however.I thought Boones linebacker was one of the most dominating players in the conference.I'm glad he has moved on.We have more speed than we have had in a while and speed can overcome a lot of things.I think if Dobyns-Bennett limits their mistakes and plays it's game, there will be no talk of who the real DB is this year.

I've also looked forward to this game this year. No doubt we were "down" last year and did have a chance for a different outcome against a strong Boone team. Make no mistake, there is only 1 DB and it resides in Kingsport. Hats off to a fine Boone program but look for the tribe to run wild! ROLL TRIBE!

Be careful not to get your hopes up to much, it hurts when you fall a long way down. Again, South score misleading, Bennett will not run wild, I believe your best running back ran over 20 times last night and only gained 40+ yards. Boone's strength up front on defense will force you to pass. So be careful you don't wake up next Saturday morning with a headache from the reality Boone beat that team from Kingsport two years in a row.

I seen Greeneville destroy South and if we are to do anything this year,we just can't play less than what we are capable of.We need to take Boone to the woodshed.

I doubt you know where the woodshed is, because Greenville did not play South, they played Elizabethton. You might not want to go to the woodshed with Boone, you might come back with you bottoms beat.

You sir, are a laugh riot. If Boone is lucky DB will only beat the mother loving snot out of Boone. That strength don't mean squat if they run around 'em. You can't hit what you can't catch.

If I were you I wouldn't get my hopes up to much either. Our best running back had 40 yards and we still won the game 28-14. And it could of been worse. We did it without passing. Im sure the Boone coaching staff was at the game last night and will probably try the same thing Sevier Co. tried. They will load up and try to stop Sensabaugh on every play. People still haven't discovered that DB has many more weapons this year, not just Sensabaugh. Choose your poison.

By the way.....you sound alot like that toss salad fellow. :)

Batman the devils need to beat Tn High to go undefeated for the year. noone in our conference can get within 40 points and thats me being nice. I for one think they can do it and 15-0 for the first time in school History with a nice Big Gold Ball in there trophy case!!! :thumb:

Should have had one last year.I told a Greeneville buddy this week that I thought they would beat TH.He had said they wouldn't and I told him the only team in uppereast TN that could stand toe to toe with Greeneville would be DB,and that would be a knock down and drag out of a game.

If you actually went and watched the DB vs SC game you would understand why Dobyns Bennett will roll against Boone. First Boone has very fine athletes but not Sevier County calibur. Now without going into detail by the end of the 3rd quarter DB's speed will have Boones defense wore completely out (hands on hips etc.) Nothing against Boone, just that fresh legs throughout the game creates defensive nightmares. If you don't believe this ask the Sevier County coaching staff.
