you are in the mite family and in a world this big that's close enough. :roflol: ole mite seems to be a pretty good guy-i know he grew up old schooled like myself. he is a big owl fan just like we are tiger fans. This could be a good game or it could be a bad game for the tigers...depends on which tiger team shows up. :thumb:

Yea, I guess ole' Termie is in the "mite" family - DYNO-MITE :roflol: _

Your not saying MC strikes fear in somebody are you?? Your guys toting squirrel guns or something??

MC gave up 48-35-61 and 13 to Syamore.

Dang, you know about being run over AND offenses that put fear in people, first hand, so you may be right...... again :roflol:

I'm not saying Macon strikes fear in anybody. Macon can do some good things they just need to learn to put together a full game. Hopefully it will come this week.

I would not say it was serious or even critical at this point. If TC's defense is inadequate, then the explosive offense definately makes up the difference. :thumb:

Serious was strong, but putting up a point total isn't as hard as it has been. TC's running game is great and TC will be right there at the end of the year.

This Owl defense versus a wing-T that attempted 6 passes last week???? I know the Dallas kid is a good player and can throw it around a little. If the Owls can shut down one of the phases, run or pass, this game will not be that close. If the Tigers can threaten in both, then this game could be interesting. I just don't see it being an Owl loss, though. SC can win the close one or one that can be put away.

Who would believed in late October 2003 the path these programs have taken. That field goal was the best and worst thing that ever happened to Macon County. Smith Co. learned to never take any thing for granted, and the "T's" have had more coaches than UT. Smith County's offense wakes up this week and crushes Macon 35-0. it's gonna take more than a coaching change to change a culture.

He Did. What I meant was the people of Macon Co. are going to have to accept its coach and let him run the show. This is how they get back to being relevent again. It's more than just one man. In other words, if he has a bad year don't run him out of town..

i agree. my sources in macon are saying that the natives aren't restless at this point. infact they are pleased with the gains they've seen. some of macon's losses could have gone the other way, but the breaks of the game just bounced the other way. i still think that their best fooball is ahead of them this year. if macon's O(which has scored very consistently so far this season) can get the ball moving against sc's D (a D that has not aloud many points so far this year) it could give them a shot in this game. while macon's D has been questionable this year, the same can be said for sc's O. this game will come down to macon offense vs. sc defense. winner takes all. if i were maynord i'd have to consider sitting #22 and starting #25. thoughts? let me know if i got those numbers wrong.
