Sting'em Jackets! 83257026590879202e58050624238a64_97373.jpg

Sorry for stealing your avatar, Grunt. The Trolls too lazy to go find another YellerJacket pitchur. :roflol:

Good luck fellers. Prayin' for a fair fight and no injuries.

Hey, no problem. We can always use another Yellow Jacket on here. Actually, I caught that one on

the window sill, here in this room & just grabbed him & stuck him up there in the corner.

Nope just two I believe Grunt. Pretty bad huh? Mostly fair weather fans up in this neck of the woods I guess, and the weather's been bad since about '98. Only two trips to the playoffs since then. Maybe a good crowd will come and eat some food though. I love coming to the Creekbank myself. Its a landmark of high school football.

LOL, ok, both of ya come on down. Heck, might as well just come on over & sit with us. No point in

sitting over there all by your lonesome. Anyway, have a safe trip.

Truthfully, we'll probably have some no shows as well. There is a chance of scattered showers

tonite, according to the weather forecast.

Man I'm Ready To Talk About Beamers And Sweatervest! This Game Has No Smack Talkers...Or Atleast No Public Ones. :roflolk:

Hey Grunt? I'm Coming To The Friendship Game...Wanna Grab A Burger And A Bottle Of Geritol? :roflolk:

Sounds like a winner to me. Don't forget to wear your hip boots, just in case the sewer is

running rampant again at Pirtle Field. Right now we have some pesky Bulldogs to contend with

on the Creekbank. And yes, is it ever good to be there for a change!!

The Jackets move to 5-0 with a 41-3 win over the Bulldogs. The Jackets subbed early & often,

with #7 Tyler McMillan starting at QB & played most of the game. Did quite well. Can't remember

him taking a snap at QB all year. CC hit a FG with time running out in the 1st half, vs the subs.

Jackets ran the clock in the second half.

Next week, it's back to work again vs FCS. Fans need to show up for this one, unlike tonite.

Too many empty seats folks. This team needs support, regardless who's playing.

    • Sorry Barn. I wasn’t specific enough. It seems I’m always protecting the principal at 825. My interactions with her have been extremely positive, but very limited. With all the other stories being told, I’m confident there are other sides I am not aware of. Regardless, there are lots of decent people earning good checks up there. Maybe too good, which explains why no one is willing to speak up. My beef is with the poor communication among the athletic programs and with the administration. Seven years ago the poor communication led to my son missing graduation due to a sporting event that was planned months before. I chalked it up to the system being totally shocked that the baseball team made it out of their district, and our then AD was a football coach. Maybe they were surprised and did not plan appropriately. That was more palatable than they just didn’t give a crap. Déjà vu, seven years later, same thing. Different administration, but same result.  Maybe in seven more years, it will actually be “about the kids”. They should do better.
