what im saying is when ray ran his 40 he didnt have pads on. you said he dont think hes that fast i said well he might not look it n field but he is im saying he probalby isnt that fast with pads on??? but i think they said when he went to texas they clocked him at a 4.5 or 4.6

He's fast, I played him man all night when we played at our place. He's probably in the 4.65-4.70 range.
