alcoadaddy
Alcoa is Alcoa! They looked dominate again but to be honest Lenoir City spread offense is going to give a lot of people fits. The Panthers moved the ball at times but were no match for the high octaine running game that Alcoa has (THE OFFENSIVE LINE IS HUGE)

The line is were championships are won. They will once again be one of the top teams in the State. LC looked good like you said moving the ball through the air quite a bit on Alcoa. I think LC will surprise some teams this year.
BCsportsfan
Huge Offensive line + Deep explosive backfield = 8 straight! Coco, Anthony,Chapman and Love ran wild. This with Crenshaw and Vee at State track meet. I love that Nix is working on the 3-4 Defense. The ability to line up 4-3 and switch to 3-4 will give short pass happy teams fits. Need to figure out who the DE's and QB will be..............hmmmmm.

Plus still got the battle of last years backups in Turbyfill and Morgan. I didnt go to the scrimmage. Who took snaps during the scrimmage? I heard that they may have found a replacement at QB(if the kid comes in and learns the system. None the less should be 8 in a row!!

Turbyfill and Bock where the two QB's in rotation in the scrimmage. There are some rumors of transfers, but rumors are about all....at this time. I know Morgan is being held out because of an injury in baseball. I dont really know if Bach is going to be the guy at QB. I dont think the arm strength or accuracy is there but we'll just have to see how everything plays out I guess. Should be a great season again.
