that mustang statute was the brainchild of mr. mustang johnny radford who passed away prior to this season at the age of 60. he came up with the idea, obtained all of the private donations and was responsible for that addition.he passed away from liver cancer and was the GREATEST FAN OF MUSTANG FOOTBALL.the football team were honorable pallbearers and dedicated this season in his memory.the JR on their helmets is for him.we miss him very much.

Even in the midst of all this back and forth. Let me say Im sorry for yalls loss.

Yes, it is. :roflol: I was pleased with our crowd, the Vikings have developed quite a following. A little disappointed with my porkchop sandwich, though. It had way too much fat on it. :(

You should have demanded your money back.I know for a fact you aren't scared to tell somebody how you feel. :roflol:

I talked to Jacob and congratulated him after the game.He laughingly told me he thought our field was cursed. I told him he had came a long way since that night he had that horrible injury against us.

I got to thinking on the way home, well buddy you broke that curse tonight because you just sent us to the house. He sure has my vote for Mr Football. :thumb:

He's a great athlete.I really like JT and wish him nothing but the best.Even though we've played PC 3 straight years there isn't any hard feeling from us over the lose Friday. We where pretty much braced for it.With our 2nd string running back quitting and Frankie Traughber getting injured a couple of weeks later,we had already came to grip with what what would probably happen.

I wish PC nothing but the best against Huntingdon.

Now why on earth would you think that? I'm a very quiet, shy person. :roflolk:

It's funny that Jacob said the field was cursed, I sent my son a text when the game ended that said "The curse has been broken." That ole Bell Witch must have decided she liked us after all. :roflol:

PC defense has figured out how to stop the run! Trust me my brother who plays on the D-line will not let the mustangs run over him! nor will the rest of the D. U lil horsey fans are silly for thinking yall are gonna win by 21 or more. The only reason the score for the JB game wasn't higher is b/c the viking offense was playing rough in the red zone. They marched the ball up and down the field all night long just couldn't punch it in.

I'm sorry to say but you're D-line isn't the most physical or the quickest we've seen this year. That's just a simple assessment.

Just because the Quads are Geographically correct doesn't mean the system isn't flawed. I can see quite plain that they are correct as far as Geography. Quad 4s 1 seed has more losses than Quad 3s Top 4 seeds.(Like I said the playoff system is Effed Up)Perry County "Might" end up winning Quad 3 as well. Luckily enough for us and everyone else in the playoffs TSSAA did one thing right, and that is they let the teams play it out to see who moves on. :thumb:

Yes they do.But could have easily been 9-1.Had a 6-0 lead against Murray late in the game and the ball and was moving the ball, and had a fumble that bounced right up into the arms of a Murray player and he returned the ball about 60 yards.Fumbled on about the 2 yard line in the other game late in the last quarter and also dropped a touchdown pass with about 15 seconds to play.Still losses though.i get that. The other loss was to Humboldt that beat the Jo Byrnes team that yall just beat.and beat them pretty handidly during the season with Jo Byrne's running back still playing I believe.Perry Co had a much tougher game and JB was without their running back. And Lake Co did move the ball pretty well against that same Humboldt team that many feel are better as the season went on.And Lake Co doesn't have any losses to a Single A team.So look at the Humboldt-Jo Byrnesand Lake Co scores and what PC did against JB and them not at full strength.Just maybe Perry co isn't any better than Lake Co.From reading on here, there are many Jo Byrnes fans that didn't seem impressed with Perry Co.Have Perry Co losing to the Stangs.Wonder if they thought Perry Co was as good as Humboldt?

That Swenson man better check these Perry County boys roster before they play this game. I dont know if you Huntingdon people heard about this, but that Childress man caught these Perry county boys with some illegal players earlier in the year. This Childress man also caught that Price man to and he didnt take it so light on that Price man as he did those Perry County boys.

Given your extensive coverage of football and the apparent breadth of your expertise, I am inclined to seek your esteemed opinion on the matter: who, in your estimation, emerges as the favored candidate? Furthermore, since the mantle of head coach has been vacated, upon whom would you bestow the mantle of leadership?
    • Shoulders dad graduated for TC, and Kyle began his coaching career early on at TC although he wasn't there long. Shoulders would be a homerun, but don't see him leaving Macon anytime soon.

    • Perhaps it is within the realm of possibility that the comprehension of my discourse, both by yourself and others, may be circumscribed by the boundaries of intellectual acumen. Might one contemplate this notion from such a perspective? Allow me to clarify that my intent does not lean towards disparagement, save for instances where provocation is directed towards myself or the esteemed troupe of the Trousdale County Yellow Jackets who proudly find domicile upon the hallowed grounds of CREEKBANK. In contemplation of the candidates under discussion, it is conjectured that individuals such as Gregory, Woodmore, Vetetoe, Eden, Hackett, and Cothron may emerge as contenders. Regrettably, it is deemed improbable that Shoulders shall express interest in this pursuit. Speculation arises regarding the potential candidacy of BJ West, albeit the implications of familial ties with Lafayette introduce complexities to such a scenario. The enigma of Dr. Clint's deliberations looms large, fraught with the weight of a formidable decision yet to be made.
    • My kind sir, you seem to be lost within the time space continuum having traveled from the 16th Century or you aspire to hide your true intelligence by masking your language with that of the great playwright. You know good and well, your commentary takes your fellow comrades hours to decipher what you are really saying and most of them are likely left questioning whether you have insulted them or find them to be in your favor. I offer you some advice. In my travels through this area of the country, it is best to speak slow and with a twang and you don't annunciate  words to their fullest. Your points will be clear then!  Any names been mentioned around town as Actual Applicants to this job? Seen several post mentioning individuals, but I haven't heard of any of them except for Shoulders. Does he have ties to TC?  Have amy of the other names mentioned ever been in the HC position before?
