First off i would like to thank all who have served and are serving our great country including my oldest son Brandon who is in South Korea with the Air Force...

I am excited for tonight..they did change the chili supper start time to 5:00 so get there early and support the wrestling team and then bundle up and go support the RIVERDALE WARRIORS in their quest for a playoff win FIGHT HARD TONIGHT STAY FOCUSED on EVERY DOWN and lets go win this game

If Oak Ridge wins, they will be in M'boro regardless of who wins Blackman/Riverdale game. Blackman and Riverdale are both a higher seed than Oak Ridge. If Blackman wins and Cookeville wins, Blackman would have to travel to Cookeville.

Good game so far with riverdale getting lucky on a fumble lost and recovering it back in the redzone, they punched it in on a davenport run, matthers is the real deal, riverdale up 10 to 7 with 7 min to go in 2nd. What is funny is the coffee county kids that are standing behind riverdale student section, they are obvisouly pulling for blackman and disrespecting riverdale by shooting birds when the tomahawk chop and acting with no class, maybe they enjoy standing in the stands and not being in the playoffs, 63 points must of hurt their feelings last week.

forgive me for not knowing that we would host as I am in no way familiar with how things work in this new system it used to be you was guaranteed the first 2 home games and then you would alternate every other year to host and I do know that this is our year to travel so if we are fortunate enough to get past oak ridge we would go to maryville.....

 

 

 

now on to the game...WOW WHAT A GAME BY MY WARRIORS TONIGHT!!!!! I am so proud of the young men and the coaching staff...we only punted 1 time and we had the ball at the end of the half and we kicked 1 FG this was a GREAT PERFORMANCE with the final score 38-14 we held mathers to 48 yards rushing rushing unfortunatly he got hurt again late in the 3rd QTR and I hope he is OK and it is nothing serious Glover was a BEAST tonight on defense and made a great reception from a great pass from Woodruff but i think the key to the game was the 3rd down play glover made on defense tackling Mathers from behind in the backfield to bring up 4th and long and then he had a block punt so great game

 

 

While i am glad to see the boys have fun and enjoy this win tonight come sunday or monday when ever the coaches have them come in we have to repeat this performance if we want our season to continue
