South Pittsburg @ Coalfield

I am going to make the trek tonight to Coalfield, mainly because I have never been to a game there and so that I can root on the Pirates!! I don’t think anyone is going to take the Yellow Jackets for granted since they will be fired up and ready to play tonight. They have their backs to the wall and want to put a stinger in someone. The Pirates have been an up and down team this year playing well against some top teams and then taking plays off against lesser ones. Like someone stated previously, this team has not had all their full fire power in one game all year and has not played 4 quarters yet. Unless that changes, the season could end this week or next with the step up in competition. This should be a hard fought game and if the Pirates play well, they will pull away midway thru the 3rd quarter.

Kids from all of Marion County go to Richard Hardy, not just South Pittsburg. If it didn't exist, South Pittsburg wouldn't get all their students.

No. Limited at the school, some across the road (dirt), and then some additional areas that are just basically make your own space. Not much different than most high schools.
