Looking at the brackets, McEwen looks to have the easier bracket to get to the finals....dont get complacent!!!!!!! Hate to be PC, BTW, or LC all being in the same bracket-someone is going home early!!!!!!!

Very true...I'm thinking a BTW and PC game in the finals on that side (since btw plays lc first round instead of later....BUT anything can happen!). I don't know much about the teams we got on our side of the bracket so I can't say much there.

We basically have 5 guards on the floor at all times.Tallest kid we have is about 6'2 or so. All 5 on the floor are 5'11-6'2. We play a pressure D and love it when teams try to press us since all 5 kids can handle/pass the ball well. We have played multiple teams with 6'5-6'7 post players and can defend the inside game decently though. If we are hot from the perimeter we can be a pretty tough matchup for teams because of our dribble-drive and kickout options. Now that I've given away all our secrets, how about the lowdown on McEwen?

All 5 of our starters can shoot the 3. Height for the starters ranges from 5"10 to about 6"4. We do have three tall kids come off the bench, one about 6"7 + and even with him out earlier in the season, they defended a 6"8 Bedwell from WHH decently. McEwen can play a good tight man to man if needed. I guess we are going to have a good match up here.

Last year we kinda froze up and didn't play our game. Graduated 4 starters from then though. But as I said all the kids we have played valuable minutes for us all last year, so we are young but do have some experiance. Start 1 senior,3 jrs and 1 soph.

Cloudland will have to stop Garrett Mullinicks. If they focus on stopping him too much then McEwen will just beat you else where. It will be interesting to see though since neither team knows much about the other.

We start 4 seniors and 1 junior. No team from McEwen has ever made it to state, so our boys are ready to go in and do what they have to. They handle pressure well but State is a whole new experience. Interested to see this match up.
