Agreed. You can have an easy schedule and it can make your team look good when you are really not. Still think the state title will go to one of this weeks top 3. A lot of football to play though.

Greenback is deserving of the #1 spot. We will see how good they are and how good GCA is this week, big game.

Top 3. Moore County could not handle the top 3 big boys of 1A this year. Just from what I have heard. But that is why you play them out

Your correct about playing them out, but your opinion or mine for that matter about who will win playoff games means about as much as this poll.

Not disrespecting anybody or any team... Moore County and Gordonsville had some battles in the early 2000's as well as Greenback, South Pitt and Gordonsville have been going at it for over a solid 10 years in row give or take. Moore County was a nice play to play, great atmosphere and support there... Greenback was a nice drive and remembering it being very small with not much room but a good atmosphere... South Pitt has been one of my favorite places to go since the mid 90's and a great football atmosphere... All solid 1A football programs in my mind... Eagleville had a great run last year and until they met Gordonsville... Moore County could be better than Eagleville was last year but i'm gonna say not by much... But that is why the games are played... I do wish Gordonsville and Moore County still played during the season but maybe we will meet in the playoffs... Polls mean nothing anyways and its just media nay say because ones in the east don't see the west and middle play and the other way around. I just hope everyone makes to the playoffs healthy, November can not get here fast enough...

Greenback does deserve the spot because they are undefeated. We will see if it is the same after Friday. Congrats

Good to see Copper Basin back in the top 10 although polls mean nothing. It will be interesting to see how Greenback handles this top spot. If they beat Grace #1 could be theirs throughout the season. And I hope they beat Grace
