Their reputation. People know how they performed last year and how many starters they returned. Which I think is quite a bit.

And, they've seen how they've performed this year.

Either way the top 3 are right, and the rest don't matter.

They are 6 -0 scoring 267 points giving up 27 points. They played very tough in the playoffs last year. They were probably the #3 or 4 at worst 5 team in the 1a last year and like Croz said, they returned some key players.

My opinion on strength of schedule is that if they are beating the cupcakes bad like a good team should then they deserve it. If they weren't outscoring opponents so bad it would be different. However when they do get in a close game which could be Friday it may hurt them from not experiencing a fight for four quarters.
