You can add Loretto to that group bringing up the bottom. Same o, same o. Up by 12 at the half playing good team ball and come out the second half not playing team ball taking low percentage shots and it help cost us the game losing to Santa fe by 4. Playing team ball they can do good, but if they dont start playing team ball they are going to be at the bottom, again.

Now look, we all can't be on the bottom. Maybe we are are fighting to be there. WC had good flashes at times last night with Hardin County but let it slip away in the second quarter. No need to explain what happened with Stown last night...play a triple A school with everyone back from last year and got our butts canned. 8 straight losses for the Eagles...anyone remember the last time that happened? Lone win against an Eagleville team missing several players due to football playoffs. smh

Loretto will get there chance against that same triple A school this Fridaynight at their place. Hopefully Loretto will get things together and work out some of their problems before district games start. else, another long year.

Based on the last half of last nights game I think Loretto is fighting pretty darn hard to get there. On the bottom that is.

WC didn't do much to wear them down. WC hit 1 shot from the floor in the 1st half and 19 free throws. WC not much better the 2nd half. LC players probably rested up due to foul trouble last night.

Looks like Loretto gave LCHS a good game. Stown was off last night but played probably their best game of the season tonight in a losing effort 65-61 to Creek Wood. Any other district news from this weekend?

Loretto lost to Collinwood 42 to 51. I think it was 20 to 20 at the half and Loretto was within 3 with about five minutes to go in the game. Loretto missed a lot of easy baskets they should have made but thats the way it goes. Loretto still takes way too many low percentage shots and needs to get that corrected.

does anyone know if Jacob Daniel or Ethan butler will be able to return at some time this season for Collinwood? Daniel was an outstanding point guard and butler was one of the regions' better big men...would be nice to see them back out there for the wood
