jackbacker2
Yes. Uninvolved. I doubt Ken takes the job. Why do you doubt it? just asking. Its a slow day.

indian623
He is retired and no one else is knocking his door down, so I think he will jump at it.
warrior2024
Great hire if it gets done. Good luck on the search .
indian623
Makes for a fun Sequatchie/Marion game next year if he is hired!!
Sequatchie
Can't confirm but was told that around 30 give or take have inquired or sent resumes?
indian623
Sequatchie can't afford a bad hire. Could really set the program back. Not sure what Ken C. has left in the tank but he was very successful in the 1990's. Maybe they can get it done.
volsrock
i know that a couple of active state championship coaches applied or atleast showed some interest. I would want a younger coach, not that coach K cannot get it done, it just seems there are to many coaches that are actively coaching now not to make a solid hire...i have heard they have great facilities but do not pay very much, wonder what the head coaching supplement pay? indian623
I find it hard to believe that any current coach that has won a state championship has shown interest or applied for the Sequatchie job.

Volsrock, here is a link to see Sequatchie County's facilities. http://sequatchiefoo...sdirections.htm I was told a month or so ago that a 2nd practice field was going to be put in this winter & spring on the hill behind the softball field but I haven't heard lately if that's still in the plans or not.
