Don't be mad because we want to keep our strength of opponents high. We didn't want a losing SC team to keep us from a number one seed just because we scheduled down for a good gate.

Not feasible anymore...already spent millions on 2 schools 6 miles apart.

Maybe g-ville melt their gold balls down and have the $$$$ to build the "SC Mecca" school and finally get a gold ball on the other side of the river!

adding "60" kids to pick from only evens you....I think not. I am not so sure LA could have beat Gordonsville head to head. When LA won state, they lost to 1a state champs TC. And it is mute, just fun to think what if.

Did you see TC that year? They would have beaten alot of teams that year. No shame in losing to them.We also lost to SC that year too. But we did win the gold in the toughest region in the state. Gville would not have beat LA last year. Period.

Yes, county voted on it around 2000 I think. It was voted down so the county spent several millions more to build two new high schools. SMH

I agree 100%. The first vote by the county was in 1976 and was voted down, with the help of a lot of people on the north side. The 2nd vote was approx. 2000, same results.
