Coalfield at Gordonsville (This Henry man vs. This Marshall man)

If your going to the game and your from Gordonsville if you start out now you might get there by game time. No disrepect to you Coalfield people but your school is out in the boonies and quite frankly it's kinda scary and intimadating just trying to get there. Goodluck to two great teams. Whoever wins hope you represent the East well in the championship.

Ultimate team sport exactly! I understand that. I haven't posted anything negative about anyone....just trying to be proud of my son....apparently that rubs people raw....but when someon starts poking fun an someone else without knowing them? I thought we were all adults here.....I.guess not.....I'm obviously not one of the chosen forum nerds here, so I think I'll just check out and keep my comments to myself.

 

34, don't let these fellers git under yer skin. Most of 'em is just sad, middle-aged men, hyped up on Viagra, wishin' they could re-live bygone days. I read about yer boy in that book I got at the flea market, and he sure done good Friday night. It said in that book that he wuz just a sophomore, so I expect we'll hear a lot more about him over the next couple of years. Every parent would be proud of such a performance, and I don't think anybody on here said nothin' bad about him. They just thought you wuz tootin' his horn a little too loud and tryin' to make yerself look good by proclaimin' "My son done such and such". Well ... I say, "You go, girl!" Who's gonna stand up fer a feller if not his momma.

I picked up a used copy of Murphy Fair's 2012 magazine at a flea market this weekend. Ther wuz what looked like the scribblin's of a mad man all in the margins and what looked like chocolate fingerprints all over it.

 

As best as I could tell, it looks like this Coalfield team has a lot of big boys on the line that can flat knock a hole for ther ball runners to run through. It says they got them a sophomore, #34, that can run really hard and fast, too. Them same big boys is good tacklers on defense, too. Looks like they got some real tall pass catchers, but I don't know if'n they got a good ball thrower.

 

I can't say anything about this Gordonsville team. That page had been tore out.
