Joe Gaddis' specialty is taking programs that are down or in a lull and turning them around. He did it with OR the first time and did it with your own Peabody team as well as Henry County and many other teams through the years. I'd say through the years Woods has had a lot better talent as a whole then Joe. Just my 2 cents. Both are great at what they do.
