Soms' Have you heard anything about them limiting Region 4 to only taking the top two from each weight next year. Its supposed to help further their Medal and Trophy redistribution plan. On another note, it looks like a lot of programs are in pretty good shape. Really like what Knox Halls and Heritage are doing. A lot of good wrestling tonight, do a pull up for me........

Coffe, I told your head Coach 2 years ago that there is no way Alcoa shouldn't have a good program. He was outside talking to Ward Gossett about wanting to make a 1A/AA state tournament. I said you have all those awesome athletes up there and you cant field a competitive program, I guess they went and got competitive, pretty cool to see it happen.
