In 2001 Chattanooga/Bradley dominated (similar in 2000) and it doesn't appear the same will happen in 2014 by the looks of things. The future appears to be BC, Cleveland, Soddy and WV.  3-4 top ten/twenty.  Not 3-4 of top five like this...
