Why would anyone want to start a football program at F.C Boyd?

Better question is why would a kid want to play for a non-TSSAA school? Supposedly a former assistant coach and current school board was overheard telling the former ms coach that he would be the next coach at the high school and if the school board member was defeated in the upcoming election that he would be brought as a coach. Don't know if all this is true, but sure sounds like the kind of WC usual happenings

they should be enough "quality" coaches apply that WC shouldn't have to settle with middle school coaches. WC needs a coach with proven success at the high school level to come in and straighten out the mess but he will have to have quality asst coaches and not elemantary basketball coaches!!

I hope they look at all the applications and not let the parents pressure them into picking a certian one.

Both would be great candidates but I don't see Mac coaching for awhile after what happen at Marion County.

Until the administration backs the coach instead of the parents, it'll be the same ole song and dance!! 3-4 years from now we can bump this thread, change the list of candidates and do it all again!!

Britton has 4 State Championship rings while at R'dale.  Might be hard to get him from Tullahoma though.
