Listen if a player makes a good play and we can say something about it then if they act up and embarrass the team, school or community then call them out. But if the coaches are not having a problem with it I guess we have to live with it and deal with. So if you dont like the dancing, the look at me attitude, or talking to the parents on the sidelines what can you do. We have the coaches there to do their jobs and make their rules. Period. We may not always like it but its not up to us.

Old Pirate says it is obvious the majority of fans aren't happy and from disciplinary games & quartersi missed as player punishment for mid-conduct the staff has addressed it. BTW, can anyone say when 2 seniors were suspended for games?

yes, but since the Hixson game I have not seen what you guys are talking about. Evidently, It was handled by the coaches . I have looked for it the last two games and have not seen anything inappropriate. Just kids jumping around supporting each other and enjoying the game.

Old Pirate agrees the team & players are responding better! That being said the continued disciplinary sanctions on key players can not be dismissed as unimportant. The regular season is 1/2 over and the tough stretch lies ahead that will challenge personal & team attitudes. Heck it could be worse all us SP folkes could be Tn Vol Fans! LOPAO......

to be honest I haven't seen it either. I was telling Geno that discipline is not up to us. Its the coaches job.

Legit, I'm with you. I haven't seen the display I witnessed against Hixson. I was told the reign was severely tightened after that week. That's as much as I know about it.

Gene, maybe I missed it last night. I didn't see anything but celebrating with teammates. I will say this as well. I saw people on the sideline instructing kids to put helmets back several times. I'm with you, I noticed for the past 4-5 years them taking off helmets. The coaches up top need to help keep an eye on that stuff. Just my opinion.
