QSouth89
Three of the Bearden Middle kids went to Catholic. Anderson, Scott and Tim Thomas (Tee Higgins cousin). Thomas and Scott played on the same AAU team and youth football team. Now before people get their feathers ruffled, Anderson's dad coaches football at Catholic and Scott's dad coaches basketball at Catholic. redandblack63
Central has a fine freshman by the name of Mitchell. He is about 6'3" and shoots the three well.
OR nole
Tee Higgins, should see some minutes for Oak Ridge. Of course there loaded, so itll probably be in the mop up role. Would start for any other team in district. I think Sibleys little brother is finally a Freshman, hes pretty good. Powell has two really good looking freshman. I think ones named Johnson? I know he doesn't like playing freshman, but with what he lost, I think these 2 will see gametime minutes. AC has a couple good freshman, but unfortanetly, their playing for CC. CC has a couple good one from both Lafollette and Jacksboro. I think the Webb kid is a good one, no varsity time tho. The Reese Kid from Jacksboro should see some Varsity time. I know the Roberts kid from Lake city is pretty Good. Kinda small, good freshman, but don't think any Varsity time. Halls, Central, Gibbs? You never know with the way they move around over there. Some go to privates, etc.. I do remember a good player for Halls MS, don't know where he will end up tho. He would probably Play a lot for Halls this year. Where did the great freshman from Oliver springs end up? I think it was oliver, I know Oak ridge wanted him bad. He may be the best Freshman in East TN. Gosh, cant remember where he was last year. May have been Harriman, there all running together on me. He could flat out play!! Higgins will be in the normal rotation fairly early in the year. Not much mop up role for him. Frydaddy
TD Blackmon at Maryville will be a special player after he finishes up football season (starting middle linebacker on #1 ranked football team). Spencer Lowe would also get good minutes but unfortunately hurt his knee and will be out for a while. Maryville has some talented freshmen but several are hurt and should be another year before they are all able to play together again after finishing the last 2 years 45-3. Names like Matt Young, Jack Bristol, Oakley Garrett, Isaac Keller, Nick Quigg to go along with TD Blackmon and Spencer Lowe will be a force for years to come. But, as others have said, Catholic is going to be very strong too. Many of our boys played against them this past year in AAU - talented and smart. QSouth89
I've seen TD play with the Fury, he's going to be a really good one. He should play varsity for Mark Eldridge. Catholic will have a strong talented group. Luke Smith, Tony Scott, Davari Reeder, Chase Kuerschen, Dawson Anderson and Amari Rodgers are varsity ready now (5 of the 6 play football, with 3 starting for the varsity football team and the other 2 playing major minutes as backups). They have some other freshman who will develop into very good players, Tim Thomas, JB Schaffer and Kevin Stewart.
SweetScience
I'm biased and an OR fan, but I can't respect any list that doesn't have Tee Higgins from Oak Ridge in it. Guy is better than a lot of seniors right now.

QSouth89
Reading 12thmanGCA's list is like being at an AAU tournament lol. There are some names missing from that list like Jerimiah Oatsvall and Timbo Hodges (both from middle TN) exceptionally talented kids who are top 10. Blake Williams, is the best freshman in this state. Sorry T. Scott, I call them like I see it.
QSouth89
It will be interesting to see how these young men develop over the next four years.
FLMS
Freshman Hunter Reynolds from CAK has stepped in for Oteriah Lee at point. Lee is one of the top senior guards in East Tennessee. Reynolds has played every minute the last two games and against some great competition such as FRA and GCA has 25 assist and 6 turnovers for the season in 4 games. Another good freshman Cole Smith will be joining soon. Not saying these guys are the best but they are very solid.

Cole didn't play AAU with the Vision but he would practice with them from time and time and I was impressed with him as a player.
