As long as you don't have a dadgum 6"3 225 man at FB were ok. LoL

Unfortunately we do not have a Josh Nicks at fb. Those guys don't come around very often in 1A football. We make up for that with a strong physical line on hoth sides of the ball. Our biggest problem is that we only have 3 Seniors but there is a very special group of juniors to back them up.

That's what I was thinking regarding your roster. Union City is gaining momentum and will be a factor in 2013, but 2014 could be another special year.

Hey Hillbilly, my name isn't Jack and we aren't TCS! We are TCA!! Yes you did mention us one time but thereafter it has been all TC and GCA. I have no doubt those two teams are two of the top 4 teams in the state and most likely they will meet in semis. I'm very aware of TC 's past success and tradition. TCA hopes to someday have a long tradition like that. You obviously don't know what slander is!! Slander is spoken, libel is written. I never called you a liar so therefore libel could not have taken place. I'm not saying we will make it to the finals because Adamsville and Mitchell will be a handful but if we do and TC makes it then look out! They will see something they haven't seen all year.

What exactly will we see that we haven't seen this year.  We have played just about every kind of offense and we have what should be a mr football finalist in Kenyan Harper 18 TD's in 6 games.

I doubt you have seen a balanced offense like ours. Kyle Akin, 20 TD passes and 1500 yards in 6 games and we have rushed for around 950 yards to date. Averaging 400 yards per game and can easily put up 400 in either category. Averaging 42 points per game. We can burn you with the rush or pass. 8 true athletes that will play somewhere at the next level if they choose to. Defense is getting better but not considered great yet. Line is average size at best but has a lot of heart. Kicking game is one of best in state and special teams are getting better. Special team tackling was really weak a few weeks back but has been corrected. Yes, we have a long ways to go but this is a team that is getting better and better. We start 2 Seniors!

And if someone creates a post without mentioning TCA, some posters go off the deep end - LOL.  See how I mentioned TCA in my post?

09 UC Wins. 2010 SP Wins 2011 WC Wins 2012 was won by 1 point By G-ville. 1A is a different league than the rest. You are right that the other classifications are dominated by the East but...... Not so in 1A. So the East has been just as weak in recent years.

09 UC Wins. 2010 SP Wins 2011 WC Wins 2012 was won by 1 point By G-ville. 1A is a different league than the rest. You are right that the other classifications are dominated by the East but...... Not so in 1A. So the East has been just as weak in recent years.

Is TCA 1A?

      I just saw on 5 Star Preps that Chaston Smith is transferring to Chattanooga McCallie. McCallie and Baylor are loading up. Baylor got UT commit Joakim Dodson and Former Alcoa player Kolby Barrett. They also got a bunch of other transfers.

Regrettably, the departure of Coach Blake Satterfield did not augur well for the program's trajectory.
