I just remembered that it was the playoff game at CA last year when a CA lineman twice the size of our kicker went after him on every kickoff.  The CA player made no attempt whatsoever to block anyone.  Just waited until everyone else had become involved in the play then made a beeline to take out our kicker.  Our coaches reminded our boys of what happened last year at practice last night  .  

 

Hope the CA coaches don't employ that tactic again tonight - terrible sportsmanship.

Don't remember that from the playoff game, I remember more about the regular season game that we won. Lol Was it a field goal, extra point or punter, or kickoff. No sure of what your referring to. I glad to hear that your coach is at least a little worried about CA that he's bring up year old stuff for bulletin board material. I'm sure he's not encouraging some other unsportsmanlike tactics against us. We had a bunch graduate, chances are if he was a dirty play, then he's already graduated anyway,

 

For whatever reason our teams seemed to not like each other. I've asked about this to other parents and kids that have associated with the school for a long time. They say to stems from all the butt whooping they gave NCS in basketball when the Smith Brother were here. They also claim the baseball team always "pees" in our dugouts. I had to laugh at that one. It seems No other team we play has as much "stuff" going on as when CA plays NCS. Makes no sense to me cause most of the public 1A schools put us in the same category. (They say we recruit and our kids go to school for free and other crazy things)

 

Our son plays football, basketball and baseball. So we will get to see NCS a lot more over next 2 years. He's one of the ones that are currently injured. He got hurt in East Rob game and has dressed out of football since then.

I also though of a video on YouTube that I had seen about a girl kicker saving a touchdown with a outstanding tackle. It was pretty sweet.

You guys are the lowest of the lowest. I've never seen anything like this. If my kid played for those coaches I would pull him out of that school in a heartbeat. Those aren't men, those are animals

Well they will be out after next week. Their cheap shot style of play doesn't translate in the playoffs.
