I just saw where Jesse Smithey picked the 5 toughest schedules in the prepxtra area and WB didn't crack the list. IMO they should definitely be somewhere in there or atleast get an honorable mention. In the 2nd half of the year they have to go to Knox West and than host Maryville the following week before finishing off the season against Farragut and Bearden. I don't see how it gets much tougher than that. IMO they should atleast be in the discussion because of the back to back games with west and maryville. But then you throw in farragut the following week and things get even harder.

Heritage has to be above WB. They have almost the same schedule except add alcoa away.

But do you play Maryville and West back to back? And then Farragut and Bearden? IMO WB atleast deserves an honorable Mention because they play the 5A runner-up and 6A state champion in back to back weeks. It doesn't get much tougher than that. And If WB still played Sevier County in week 0 it would be end of discussion.

Heritage plays maryville, alcoa, and Farragut back to back to back. Heritage will play two state champs and a state runner-up. We can disagree on a lot of things, but heritage, no question, has a tougher schedule.

IDK though... West might be better than Alcoa. Its hard to say. But both of those schedules are really tough.

Neither teams schedule is a walk in the park. This has to be one of the toughest districts in the state.

West aint close to alcoa. Alcoa is loaded with talent this year

Maryville beat Alcoa worse than they beat West last year if I remember correctly. And Alcoa has no guy on their whole team that could outrun Nathan Cottrell and that's a fact, Jack.
