Thanks Southtowner.  I was just trying to imagine him having to face the students in class.  I don't recall the article saying he resigned teaching.

You can't be talking about Mac.  He's done when everything is out and deserves to be.  He's been in trouble everywhere he has been but what he has done in Jasper goes beyond ordering a field house to be painted and paying someone to practice.  He won't even get to coach at North Jackson next year.  

I've not kept up very closely but this is the 1st I've hear about that! What's going on there?

None are innocent, IMO....guess they are just taking the least guilty one.

This game needs to be played. However, I don't really see how it can. EVERY coach had to know about the college player coming to practice. There is no excuse for that. So, IMO, no coach from this staff should be appointed interim. Unfortunately, that would mean the game being cancelled, but sometimes the loss of blood is too much to save the leg.

Before this is over, the whole thing may go down as one of the strangest/craziest/saddest things to happen in high school football. Hard to imagine a can of spray paint leads to the discovery of texting about stolen playbooks and hiring practice players.
