You left out the "MAIN INGREDIENT" of your reciipe for the success of Alcoa. Its called RECRUITING! Everyone knows Alcoa recruits players why else would you have open zoning, why else do you have players move in every year to play football for you? Its a known fact Rankin recruits better than everyone EXCEPT Maryville and that includes every private school outside of Ensworth in this state. That is the BIGGEST reason you are as successful as you are and you have a good coach but you aren't doing with home grown talent. How many of them boys daddy's are given jobs out there at the factory? It only takes a couple here or there to make a good team great. Keep on confusing confidence with arrogance in that recipe. When Rankin leaves and takes his scouts with him Alcoa will be just another has been and you fair weather posters will be no where to be found.

The problem is that upperman is no where close to being like CAK or ALCOA the last few years when those games were played. They might come close to being as good as CAK this year. CAK vs upperman would be a good game to watch today,but I really think CAK would have too much for upperman and would win by at least 2 td's!
