Macnarry, thanks so much for clarifying that the MBA is a private organization that only recruits in the communities of Michie, Ramer, Bethel, and Selmer.  And as a grandparent of a child that would like to participate in the league but was told it was only for children who would be attending Macnarry then I'd say that's not welcoming all kids.  And if the MBA is using public school facilities to hold their games then I would say that is not only does that represent recruiting, the discrimination makes it illegal.  And thank you for not recruiting in Adamsville.

 

Now with that said......who are some leading candidates for your new football coach?

The Bobcats will have a head coach soon. No names yet. He will likely be an up-and-coming assistant coach that has built a great reputation. He will be a hard worker and begin trying to change the mindset around the program.

Ought to be another good year ! Looked good during spring , lot a of young talent on the field !

O-line will be a force and plenty of good backs to keep them fresh! Looked good against Lexington but the jury is out if the Tigers will be very good! May not be a great 4a team but would be a decent 2a squad! Only time will tell !

Coach Hodge is going to be a game-changer in football. You need to enjoy the winning streak because it will soon end and everything will get back to normal.

Hey, it is not recruiting when he talks to students at our feeder schools. Did you see him at Adamsville?  If you only took players from Adamsville and Michie, then the little streak would already be over.

 

Trust me, the game has turned now. Cheating will not be allowed anymore. What happened when there was a level playing field?  MCHS won 20 straight against the baby Birds.
