You are not alone Troll, been real busy fighting another battle. I like the team that is returning next year and heck you never know what might show up! With EK jumping the Lions den you may see some folks finally make the move to the mountain. I think folks actually bought into RB with EK there. Now that he has flown the coop, that could force some folks to make the move up on the rock. I hope RB bounces back eventually but if they are looking for a new home. "Come on in the water is fine"

 

As far as ND making the move to DII, I hope we keep on playing them. Always pretty fun to play the Irish, good rival in town.

 

I really wished we didn't lose so many kids to the private schools. (Baylor, McCallie, ND, BB, to name a few)

 

I'm sure CBP will get the young'ens in the weight room and get'em big and strong for next year!

 

As for CBP leaving, I hope not, but couldn't blame him when he gets his retirement for Tn. He has been SM Football since the beginning, but if he leaves I am sure someone would love to come in and take that over. Heck with good equipment, good staff, good parent participation and the best greens keeper in the state who could turn it down! JMO

Off topic I know but here is a legit question for the SM board since I've not been around long enough. Is O pirate or Mr dillard supposedly Grider? Seen both post so I assume either are back officially after retiring on here? What's the real story? Odd they came back at same time huh? Didn't want to post on their thread. It's like throwing gasoline on fire. I'm just keeping it real
