Does anyone know when the state tournament draw is? All i know is that region foes are split and Cleveland and Wilson Central are the top 2 seeds and will be placed in the top and bottom slots respectively. Cant wait til next weekend!

I just don't think Christian Brothers has a shot this year to win a State Duals Title.

Christian Brothers have a shot at 4th place this year. I've still got Baylor and McCallie picked for the finals, especially after their recent dual.

I've never understood the D2 divisions. How many of the 8 teams teams qualify from each region?

 

The East and Middle region are grouped together with 12 teams while the West region has only 7 teams. Also, the East/Middle is loaded with wrestling powers Baylor, McCallie, Father Ryan, MBA, and Brentwood Academy while the West has Christian Brothers basically all by themselves.

 

What is the qualifying criteria for D2? Will there be a bye again at state this year?
