If there is a teaching opening in sp. ed., I suggest you hire Coach Kelly

Myers. Good coach, good teacher, has been a winner every stop he has made.

Has a state championship ring, and with the talent that MP has sometimes, he could very well be the man to take you to that level.

MP has made a recommendation and it is not Coach Myers...  It is a guy from Wayne Co but coaches somewhere else...    I dont want to say his name yet til it is official and signed off...

Wholder you reckon allaroundsports is referring to the WC coach you mentioned to me the last we spoke in person?.?.?

 

If so? Then that is a good fit in my opinion for mTp and indeed will be very Big News to the folks of WC if that move is made.

Not to quick the word going around this morning is K. Myers from HC. A job is not open yet for the WC coach. It could come open but there is A Special Ed. Job opening up. A lot of rumors . Does Myers have discipline?

Also a guy from Gulf Shores has been mentioned recently by many people along with some Smith guy who teaches in Columbia who was on W. Smith' s staff. I heard he really cared about the kids and would get a lot of kids out for the program. Anybody know anything about him?

Myers was my coach at Hillsboro and he was very disciplined and knowledgable. I loved coach Myers and he was a major cog in two state championship appearances.

I think this was the same Smith that got the Summertown job when they started their program but he backed out at the last minute. We most definitely need a guy that can get the kids back on the field when Walt was here we dressed an average of 50 kids now its half of that.

Thanks getarealclue and RJR73, I appreciate your comments and information. So RJR73, was Smith a good coach? Why did he turn down Summertown? Sounds like maybe MP is getting back on track.
