Footballfan27
I had heard the posting was closed and interviews had been taking place. Heard the admin was trying to have someone in place by Mid- January.
DelTavian
The posting is not closed. It's still on the web site. Yes some preliminary interviews have been done. I think many of those will have to go through a second interview. If there's someone out there that wants to apply I'm pretty sure they still can. AlcoaBasketball
Shoot, hire Scott Meadows from Pigeon Forge. He's had every other head coaching job imaginable.

Are they only interviewing SPECIFIC people or will they interview everyone that has applied. One person that has applied can't even get the AD to take or return a phone call. Shouldn't that be part of the job to at least communicate with the COACHES that apply?

Proper business policy should be that everyone gets some kind of communication in response to their application. I'm pretty sure I know who you're talking about. Not surprised that's the response that one is getting. I kind of find it insane that that individual has called and thought they could get a job so close to their recent bad history. I'd be willing to guess he has less than zero chance at the position. I'd recommend he apply somewhere far away from his recent history.
