I'm sure the Farragut fans' most favorite won was in one of the years Stanton coached in either 2007 or 2008 when Andre Sterling and Purty ran all over us. I bet the Farragut fans got tired of getting pounded by the likes of Summers, Shawn Williams, Bohanon on them famous toss sweep I-formation teams we used to have. We would tell you where we were going to run it and you still couldn't stop it.

My favorite win is coming this Friday when OR takes it to Jerry Jones and the Cowbo... I mean Eddie Courtney and the Ads...

Grumski was a machine. If every guy we had had his heart and determination we would be set. How many sacks his SR year? Dang near 20 if not more. If not for him we may have lost the SH playoff game in 2012. He was the only guy that could get to that elusive QB they had. Love me some Grumski. Dude was a baller.

SS, didn't want to take over their thread.  I hope we can make it workout.  I think DB wants to play us too.  The most likely thing would be to play them week 0.  They would have to be willing to play us instead of Farragut.  I always loved the drive home when we won.  But yeah, after a loss that is a long drive. 

 

I have watched the DB FHS game several times, if we can provide time to pass and throw and catch, we should have receivers running open all night.  Farragut hasn't covered anybody yet in the DB game.   They did get 2 picks but they were horrible passes, just thrown up for grabs over the middle.  I like our receivers against their secondary.  Question is can we get the ball to them?

It will come down to if we can protect the QB or not of course. We did ok in that aspect in the Maryville scrimmage, but not so sure about the SD scrimmage (I didn't go) We have a plethora receivers to throw to if we can protect the QB. Who will start at QB you think? I haven't heard squat about that. Guess Joe will tell on the show tonight.
