What's to expect from 6AAA?

A month ago, I thought the Jets would be capable of beating anyone in the district - not so confident now - we need to step up next two weeks and make some noise.  I still think we can if the planets are aligned right.  Hopefully, we get our sharp shooter (Smith) back before tourney time - they have missed him last two weeks.

 

How do the tourney seedings work?  #1 and #2 both get byes?  Are playins #3 and #6 on #1 side and #4 and #5 on the #2 side?

Pretty sure 4 and 5 would be on the #1 side.

1 and 2 get a bye...   4/5 winner will play 1 in semis,  3/6 winner will play 2 in semis

 

 

And sadly 85 I believe you are correct.  I do however think that stone or cumberland could potentially upset us, but for whatever reason they don't matchup/compete well with you guys.

I thought CCHS did some things well against White Co. last week, but obviously not enough.  We kept Henderson in check/frustrated (9 points).  But, Cade (00) killed us with his 24 pts. took control in the 2nd half.  We would need one of those perfect games on our end (Carter Game) to beat 'em.

White County survived and won by one point in DOUBLE overtime over Warren County. Our injuries (fresh and Crosland) are showing right now. Crosland played about half the game and then had to play in overtime when our point guard(Vaughn) fouled out.

Wow, what a game in white county tonight. Warren county put up a fight but ultimately lost by 1 point in double OT. Warren county's coach was given a technical with very little time on the clock and possession of the ball for being out of the coaches box. Warren county comes down for the tie, hits long range shot, one stripe says 3 the other says 2 and the 2 stood. Very intense game indeed!! Just got clarification, it seems a WArren player called timeout and got the T instead of the coach being out of the box T.

he got a technical for calling a timeout and didn't have any. warren co. outplayed us tonight. we didn't have any energy. vaughn fouled out early and we got 2 injured. henderson had 36. worst officiated game i ever seen. we had 2 new refs. one called phantom calls all night. and i mean he would blow his whistle before it occured. anyway if we don't get healthy we gonna get knocked out. congrats to warren co. i bet there was at least 50 fouls called tonight.
