Thought so. They got him and Cottrell now. Two East TN boys. May have to pull for the Jackets when not playing the Vols.

Can't let this go.  This post is no where close.  No players were suspended for games 2, 3, 4.  Touchdowns by Alcoa were by Sankey and Starks.  Only two players were "suspended" on Maryville's squad b

Maryville moves to 2-0 setting up a week 2 showdown where they send the boys from West back to the outhouse!

Hey Knoxvul - do the West Rebels pay rent for that space they occupy in your brain or do they stay rent free? Kind of funny because at no time do they ever think of Fulton - ever. Still not sure how you worked West into a Alcoa - Maryville thread.

You are barking up the wrong tree. The love/hate feel of this game "rarely" results in trash talk. Don't get me wrong, there have been times in the past on the "T" were things got out of hand, but again, those are rare occasions. If you don't mind, please retire to the rock that you clawed our way from under.  B)

 

 

Hey 72....I remember those times when things got out of hand. I seem to remember it being mostly your fault. I was the peace maker that tried to keep it nice. Looks like my lesson on board etiquette has rubbed off on everyone. ;)

      So what changed at Greenville from Zeller to Ballard? I assume he was just bringing players in because I never remembered Greenville being good ever until Ballard.    Have you left the coaching profession?

      I heard a rumor about Mr. Thomas the other day that he plans on changing his school once again. Does anyone know if this is true? I hope no other school would be willing to take him up on this.

      Who has the best chance of winning the region this year? Harriman returns a lot, Midway returns a lot, Oliver Springs returns a lot, Greenback returns a lot with a second year coach, Rockwood lost a bit, Oakdale lost everyone and Coalfield lost a few, but returns a lot.
