From what I have heard, Kenwood has a very good player at QB but their defense is not that great.....

 

Any word on the Link kid that is our passing QB; will he play this week, or out for the season.....

I spoke with Evan Lenk last week and he said he is out for the rest of the regular season, and the plan is for him to be back for the start of the playoffs

After all I've heard this week I want to come down to see this awesome facility and the team play ball! Ok. Back too the thread. My pick this week: I don't think Springfield misses a beat this Friday!

Actually, after Kenwood the Jackets have an open date on Oct. 17 due to fall break, then host Rossview at Boyce Smith Field on Oct. 24.

Looks like it may be a messy night weather wise at Kenwood Friday night. I'm thinking this game will be closer than most expect , Jackets have not played we'll traditionally at Kenwood and coming off a heartbreaking loss at home last week , I hope the Jackets can bounce back with a victory. I'll go with Springfield 36-28.
