Should be a good one tonight. Have a safe trip to The Swamp Copper Basin fans. A lot of people are mislead by our record. I really like our chances in this game. Im not biased or anything I promise.

Thanks but luckily I'm not having to drive all the way from the Basin. Haha. But I am aware the record is very deceiving. I am sure Daley made the players aware of that as well.

We used to play there in the late 80's and the skeeters would carry you off,we would get back and be ate up.Are they still that bad?

Ok OrangeSlice. I am going to head over tonight to check out Copper Basin. There is a lot of chatter we might see them in the playoffs. SP plays Lookout Valley, North Jackson is on the road, Marion County is off and Whitwell plays Sale Creek. Guess I will check out the cougars. I will probably wear my white Tennessee shirt. Probably mosey on down to y'all's end zone around 7:00.

I will be putting the helmet away at kick off. And hanging out around it till kick off. I'll keep an eye out for a SP guy.

      I have no clue if Derek tried to talk some since into his dad or not about staying here. All he is going to accomplish is going from the oven to the frying pan. If I were the coach all Ale would freze over before I set back and watched one of my good players leave without a fight.

      If this is true, South Gibson is taking a big chance. Passing on an experienced coach for a guy who has never coached at the high school level is a high risk move, especially in that district and region.

      Jo Byrns was a very solid team last year. Imo, I thought they presented the biggest challenge for us on our path to winning it all last year. I expect them to be in the conversation and one of the final few teams playing in Murfreesboro

      I'm not sure you understand anything if you think DB's career and AD's career are comparable.  This is a terrible take.   Not to slight AD, He was a good player and he got better as he matured after high school.   But Desean had over 8,000 yards in HS and was a two-time Mr. Football.
