Cannon is peaking at the right time I think. They should move the Region finals to a neutral site in Murfreesboro.

LA pulled it out 54-48.

Macon had a couple players that I did not see play when they were at l.a. they made macon click and a lot better than I thought they was as a team. lady cats played a little flat at times but pulled it out when it counted.Bottom line of this game 1st quarter. L.a. started out ok but macon did not.Macon turned it up the rest of the game but fell just short.As bad as I hate to say this and never thought I would,macon could and will probably upset some teams before it's all over.

LA should have lost. It's that simple. One of the ugliest games of the year. The only reason it got to overtime is because when macon tried to inbound the girl took it back over the half court line after receiving in front. And it was only by a step or 2. I felt bad for her on that play. LA got a miraculous 3 point play when Dailey took it to the hoop inside. LA had a chance to win it before OT but had a couple of missed gimmes. This game scared me before it even tipped and i'm glad it is over with.

Yeah. I can also understand the frustration at that foul at the end. It's just a sometimes call and I really was shocked that it was called.

 

Still, props to Chew who knocked both down to go ahead. Good luck to you guys the rest of the way. Fully expect to see you in the Glass House. Riddle will get things back on the right track for sure.

Good win DC! You been playing some respectable ball lately! Could have knocked off Upperman and now this.

Really glad to see a sense of urgency and aggressiveness out of the girls. Also we don't seem to be AS intimidated as we used to be playing these powerhouses.

 

We will be solid next season as well, I think. Some decent 8th graders coming up and returning four starters.

      One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.

      It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.

      Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
