4thq
Harp is not going. He has the team and Administration behind him. It is time for them to give him what he needs to win. The superintendent is working with him to get him the help he needs. Still a year away.
broadcaster54
Harp is not going. He has the team and Administration behind him. It is time for them to give him what he needs to win. The superintendent is working with him to get him the help he needs. Still a year away. what he needs is a better attitude with the kids. you don't tell them "if you don't play harder i'm out the door". good way to lose kids and that is exactly what he has done. the guy came in like he was supercoach and he has gone 2-18 in 2 years. kids look like they don't even care. harp may have been mr. somebody coach in ky where there are maybe 15 schools that even care about fb but in tn he is a coach with a losing record. if he wants to stay around here the guy better change that nasty attitude of his and find some humility. you are dealing with young kids harp. Bdpdad
There is absolutely zero support from the administration towards the athletic programs at Lebanon High School, someone needs to step in and take control of the program. We need pride back in the halls. Coach Harp is a great man and football coach, no one can coach successfuly under these conditions. You can't run a 6A program with four coaches. Find the needed teaching positions and let him hire the coaches he needs to bring Lebanon back to a winner. If the administration doesn't get on board and turn this around they too will be in search of jobs. As parents, fans, and sponsors we are fed up!! Get on board or get out !!!! 4thq
If he is looking for coaches and setting up interviews. It looks like he is staying. I also hear he is working on the new schedule.
