RD 1 HUNTINGDON VS TRENTON

This should be a good game. Trenton can score quickly but what better way to keep Trenton's offense off the field then Huntingdon grinding 3 to 4 yards per carry. I'll go with district 13 in a close one.

 

Thats right grind it out and get some big stops defense this game will be hard for us but it is doable and it dont get any easier if we make it past this game.

I'll take Huntingdon's chances of making further in playoffs than Milan. Milan has no offense.They have a good defense.

Your correct we have a good defense. But if we have no offense what does that say about your offense. At least we put up 27pts. Your offense barely made it across mid field.

trenton seems to be more consistent...i think they win it, sadly...but props to them...one heck of a team

 

as far as offense and defense goes...its better to have a great defense...everyone knows this...how many championships does peyton manning have again???

Scoring points is the first step to a good defense you do that it'll help the other team scramble to make the stop

The last I checked we are capable of scoring points and have a pretty solid defense. This game is hard to predict it could be a blow out or close guess we'll see Friday. ROLL TIDE!!!

I think huntingdon plays their physical style and pushes the tide. I just think the mustangs style of play is better suited for the type of weather you see this late in the year. Hope its injury free. Goodluck to both teams

Good point i dont think Peabody is as good as all the hype! No offense but they just beat Humboldt by 17 points and Humboldt is bad bad bad!

Having seen both teams play I'm going to say that the Stangs need to play keep away and control theclock. If they go 3 and out very much at all TrTrenton has the ability to strike quick and often. They have speed everywhere and they know how to use it. QB pressure is key on the defensive side of the ball for Huntingdon. If they are able to force quick throws the Peabody qb will throw it away. If Trenton is able to use their screens and tight ends well it will be a short play-off run for the Stangs. Good luck to both teams.

I think the mustangs are battled tested.  There schedule this year was bruttle.  If they can keep the turnovers down.  The stangs will be running wild in Trenton
