Head to head vs college football....bad idea. Just go back to 5A and be done with it!!! Enjoy this Upward 32 league for the next 2 years.

You could have the 1st 0-11 team in history of high school football. That could very well happen just think about that.

Nah.. WB has never had a winless season. They usually get 2 or 3 on a bad year. I don't see that happening.

With Coffee Co, Warren Co and Lebanon it could happen

No it's 1 seed vs the 8 seed from the opposing region. So it would be Bearden at Blackman and Coffee Co at Maryville

It will more likely be something like 0-10 Warren Co (I don't know how good they are...just example purposes) traveling all the way to 10-0 Maryville.  That is quite a trip and considerable expense for some programs that might not have the resources.  I know that you can play up the David vs Goliath angles but at some points kids are realistic.

So is it going to be Warren or the Red Raiders?

I say a cool way to set up the playoffs in 6a next year is give all 32 teams a #1-32 and draw them like a lottery pick. That way travel is fair to everyone. Set the brackets this way. U'll still get to the the winner just in a different way and no one can say anyone was bias. No politics! Just a thought.
