Oledad you're 100% wrong about it being "shady" for kids to play for free. That's an old and bitter mentality perpetuated by selfish people.

Why would you care if a kid was asked to be on a team and allowed to play for free? It's an obvious answer. Almost every program I can think of allows kids to play for a discounted rate or even free. It literally happens in every sport. The YMCA is full of kids doing just that. Is that "shady" too? Are you suggesting kids everywhere should only be allowed to play if they can afford it?

Allowing these kids to play just might help other kids get better, be exposed to different cultures and socioeconomic backgrounds, and perhaps even get the exposure they want for being on said team?

It sounds an aweful lot like someone is mad they paid for something others got at a lower cost or free. Failing to see the positives that can come from it is simply a narrow minded view based on jealousy and money.

Not sure why the BGA coach is gone? He did a good job considering the talent he had. They just weren't going to compete with the FRAs and USNs this past season. Both teams had tall and skilled centers. Now they are gone BGA should be able to make those games better.

In fact, they have a decent chance to split with USN next season. FRA will still be very good though.
