from what I've heard this new principal is going to be extremely strict I agree with you big changes

Yeah I heard it pretty straight today. Education is the priority and everything else is secondary. No more kids leaving at 5th period, The rules just got alot stricter.

I for one am glad we had voluteers helping the boys lift. I volunteered for years. I don't think anyone got in the way of a kid trying to get stronger. The problem is that it's always just a few kids who are committed. The majority are too lazy or just don't care. And I agree that education is top priority and no one should have a problem with strict rules in our schools. If they don't learn how to follow them now, then they won't make it in society, country or not. We all can agree that change needed to happen here and i'm watching to see how it pans out.

Structure is a good thing and rules need to apply to everyone. There have been kids at Cloudland thats got by with ALOT over the years. I've seen several graduate who will struggle for life because they got no education. Its not doing them a favor ,its setting um up for failure. I deffinately want my kids educated.

I said it before, but Cloudland will win this region every year for awhile.

Cloudland is gonna be DOWN after this season. It just depends on the other schools and if they improve. Unaka could have a pretty good team in a couple of years.Another thing is,Coach Pittman will probably be gone after this season and it will depend on who they are able to hire.

    • Starting to pick up for Sam. He has 4 or 5 offers now and more on the way. By mid season the Warriors should have 5 or 6 kids with offers.
    • Gleason all over west Carroll in scrimmage. Gleason is big and fast
    • Defending 2A state Champs Westview Lady Chargers are pretty tough. They lost a bunch of production off last year's squad but returned some talent as well. They still McCall Simms, a Tennesseee Lady Vol softball commit as well as solid talent around the diamond. I dont think they are as good as last season but they will definitely be a tough out. Huntingdon Lady Mustangs seem to be pretty stout as well. Don't know much about Riverside other than Westview defeated them earlier in regions. West Tennessee softball is pretty solid all around id say.
    • Eagleville couldn’t catch up to Jones, he did have his location issues but in that game Eagleville popped up everything and the one hit they did have could have been ruled an error. Jeffcoat was a lot sharper in the beginning of the season last year than the end. ER ran out of pitching and still was in striking distance but none the less the better team one. Last seasons tournament was A LOT more balanced and talented. South Pitts starter is a Lefty who was low 80’s but couldn’t maintain his velo throughout the  outing, their #2 was more impressive last year, we knocked him around this year and his mph was down some. Their #3 isn’t bad neither, throws a lot of strikes and sits high 70’s.
