           Ikeep hearing tons of rumors about Teachers ,principals and coaches, does anyone REALLY know whats going on. Sounds to me Like Mrs Boone is cleaning house. Hope it all works out for the best. I Think her priority is seeing these kids educated. Sounds like a good plan to me. Education is real ticket to the success of our kids. I do know she was one of the best teachers that my eldest ever had.

     After further review,Coach Pittman is staying, olny thing really changing is principals at both the high school and the elementary are being replaced. Just hope  the changes are for the betterment of our kids.

Education should always be first, but you absolutely MUST have administration that keeps an open mind. Many kids only come to school so they can play sports. Once you get them in there, it's up to the teachers and administration to get their interest also in academics. It's a tough job to be a teacher or principal.

From what I understand,Cloudland graduated 95 percent of the kids this year. I'm not sure what the problem was but I was shocked to hear the principal was stepping down. I'm a firm believer that you can only educate the willing, teachers are at the mercy of kids they try to educate.

yep I agree with that too. Gotta be willing. They say the best kids to coach are the ones that wanna be coached. I hate to see good administration leave a school that needs it most.

Reckon all is well in Landerville. Moving principals here and there but nothing that effects football. Cloudland should win their district easily.

Has cloudland done anything with their field and seating since 2002 we were up there. Beautiful place in the mountains, but seating only on 1 side. Straight up the mountain with huge oak trees growing through the concrete. The lights were on the field, not above the seating, so it was completely dark in the stands. Perfect location for a beautiful complex but just old and not laid out right. Anyone have pics of what I described and remembered?

In 2012 it was exactly how you described it.Hancock at the time was the worst field i had seen our boys play on..Until we went to CHS.That field is terrible.Just for the team and opposing teams safety it should be redone.Dont get me wrong the drive up is beautiful and the setting it more than typical small town football and could be one of the nicest setting around.But i hope we never play on it again.Then again it is a home field advantage!Good luck to the Highlanders this yr.
