Boo boo? Stockbridge is 30 miles from city limits of Atlanta. It's an hour from Mceachern HS in downtown Atlanta. They are 5-5. Would you like for me to list the games? Stockbridge is to Atlanta like Kingston is to Knoxville. Why so defensive over the truth? White County is having a great year beating no one. They can obviously shoot the three well, but they are doing themselves no favors with their schedule. Have a great season. Maybe you guys will go undefeated!

WhiteBradley Central is 8-3 and have played 9 AAA's and a AA that went to the state. They also drew Smith in a tourney. They play Fulton next Monday at Maryville. They are at least challenging themselves. White County has played 2 AAA teams with a combined record of 4-15. BC are having to travel to do it, but isn't that what you should when you have a good team and think you have a chance to play in Murfreesboro? Honest question

A lot of people get excited about wins and their is a HUGE difference between QUALITY WINS and wins against teams with loosing records and playing teams with 200 kids enrolled. IMO every Coach should beef up the schedule early in the season and be battle tested going into conference/district play, especially teams that play in weak districts. Weak schedules almost allways comes back to haunt you later in the season. AAA Teams have absolutely No Buisness playing A teams and certainly shouldn't Brag About it. Come On Man!!

I have no problem playing an A team if that team is typically better than most AAA teams.

Whatever it takes to make the team better.

There isn't a single A team that is Typically better than most AAA teams...Memphis Mitchell is the ONLY one that is better than a lot of AAA Teams, but Typically most AAA teams will beat a single A team, your conference must be really bad if that's the Norm

I can assure you there has been many years over the last 30 years that Pickett and Clay County teams(both class A)can beat 4 out 5(if not more) AAA teams.

Agree to Disagree....4 out of 5 Bad 3AAA Schools...But NO WAY can they Consistently Compete in the 3AAA Division...Win one here and there against Bad 3AAA Teams but will Get Hammered most of the Time. Its good for a A team to Play a AAA team but makes no sense for a 3A to play single A teams. IMO you would be better off with a Tough Practice and Skills Training than to play DOWN 2 Classafications

    • Yeah I am on board and plan on coming down from the Ridge for some home games, great Friday night atmosphere there.  I'm really hoping SC can get them back going and have some success for those fans and community.
    • Yep I was field level on the scoreboard end throwing ball with Benny when we had that brief lead. Everybody got very excited but it was short lived as Murvil regrouped and went into machine mode. But yeah,  that hit sounded like the crack of a black powder rifle being fire.  I believe Dozier took one like that as a Soph up at Greeneville after on olay block.
    • Ole Benny boy lol. I forgot about Harder. He was tough as crap. He graduated in ‘09. I went to the OR/Maryville game that year (great game, btw) and he collided with Jacob West (I think was his name) and you could hear it clearly at the top of the visitor bleachers. Man, it was a stick. He could lay some wood son. All those guys were tough, Elliott included.
    • They do have good community support for sure and did when I coached under Z for 4 years. (I was on that staff that turned them around a little from winning 1 game a year to actually being competitive).  Great Kids and Great Community over there.  They have done some good things with the facilities from when i coached too.
    • I personally will not mind that one bit.  It seems like a really strange fit to me from the git go.
