I saw Wilkes play Dresden and he is good but we held him to 35 yards in the first half. Got most of his yards against subs. He finished with 170.

it has nothing to with dresden or wc. its about who is the best football player.winn had 9 comp.with 3 ints really 4 against uc.so i guess everybody has a bad game.wilkes plays off.def.and s teams.the player from ca may be better than all three.i haven't seen him play. but i have seen these three play.and in MY OPINION wilkes is the best football player. maybe that's how you think but it doesn't matter where the kids is from for me, if he has 2300 rushing yards in 10 games he deserves mr football. Even if he was from Mckenzie!

Well congrats to the ones in the running. We all had had ones we we're hopeing would be picked but just to be looked at is a great accomplishment. I wish all the luck to our 15-A brother in Mr. Goldsmith.

2300 is almost unheard of, that I agree with. I'm not going to get involved in this kid is better than that kid stuff. When you look at the number of total players in 1a football then only 3 lineman and 3 backs get nominated it's truly a great honor to even be mentioned!
