RedHeadedTiger
All 3 schools in the county rejected the proposal for Richard Hardy to play. Cost and liability were the factors from what I read. I hate it for the kids but I understand the reasoning for the schools deciding against it. South Pitt does not need Richard Hardy players. All of theirs is coming from Grundy.

May just be rumor. We have an incoming freshman that went to Monteagle through 8th grade and is now one of our 9th graders.
10bears
In addition to the senior qb who is a good player as well and transferred from grundy last year.
PiRaTe._.MiKe
In addition to the senior qb who is a good player as well and transferred from grundy last year.So all 61 or so of Marion's players last and this coming year all played for Jasper Little League and also Jasper Middle school their whole life? Chances for that to happen anywhere are pretty slim. Grundy hasn't been any good anyways so need to worry little cub.

10bears
If not for all the bragging about a "stud farm" at the "speedway" it would'nt be funny. SP should have a good team this year just don't pretend they all home grown that all im saying. Where did your fastest back goto school at til 8th grade or so. Yeah that was MC. Yeah that was MC.Our fastest back probably wasn't who you think it was. Many years our "fastest" back was our secondary or our third best back on the team. No one has claimed they are all homegrown this year. In previous years they were more homegrown than as of late, yes. But don't wear the rose colored glasses so long it has fried your brain into believing all is homegrown in Jasper, even from the 9th grade. If we had 60+ kids to choose from our homegrown ratio might be a little higher as well.

TheAmbassador
In addition to the senior qb who is a good player as well and transferred from grundy last year.Like I said earlier in the post. We have 1 kid from Grundy on our team. The 9th grader went to Monteagle through 8th grade and has now enrolled at SP while still living in Monteagle. We need that pipeline for sure. This is the same one that you boys used for years.
