Breakdown please...

VB was up by 7-9 with 1:30 left but pressure caused them to turn it over. GCA cut it to one but couldn't ever get ahead. Mills had 27 for VB including two crucial FTs to make it a 3 point game with 13 seconds left. That forced GCA to take a 3 since they had no timeouts.

VB killed Grace at the free throw line and Arnold from Grace was on the bench with foul trouble most of the game. Mill's was a beast for VB

Arnold got in foul trouble early on some questionable calls and sat most of the game and only had 6 pts when he avg. 20. VB shot 28 free throws to 11 for GC was the other difference. Mills was a on fire for VB

Arnold got a couple touch fouls called on him early and Grace was out of sync most of the 1st half. Mills and #43 are both players. They hit big shots when needed. I thought VB started to get a little tired and the press bothered them a little in 4th, but they hit the free throws when needed. Congrats to VB. They could have folded, but made the plays to win in the end.

I thought we were past getting pressured that bad and could handle it. We did hit the free throws when they mattered and that was huge. Mills is such a solid player. And I think Coach Sullivan made it a point to try and get Arnold in foul trouble. That was a great game to watch. We will have a test with BTW.

We play an easy schedule but we beat the good teams when it matters. Marion, Jackson, and now GCA. We will have to be on our a game for BTW.
