Riverdale students section=no class whatsoever

??? Your jealousy shines thru.    They are kids for crying out loud.  They did nothing wrong.  Maybe you guys should have brought a few fans and students.  We had several thousand, including over 1,000 students at the games during the week.  What is no class is not showing up.

To be fair they only had to drive a short distance to get to the game and yesterday they got out of school for it. Most of our opponents had about a 3 hour drive HOWEVER the only time people call students classless is when they lose. So you gotta just let those thing roll off. Quick example under Rankin we were classless under Ayedoltte we had a lot of class

I've been to several games at Riverdale over the last several years, watching different teams play there. The student section is very crude and obnoxious. There is a big difference in cheering on your team and shouting obscenities and vulgarities at opposing players. As far as teams bringing fans to state tournament games, if you had to travel more than 5 miles from your school , you wouldn't have a thousand people there

Our student section does NOT shout obscenities or vulgarities I sat next to them all 3 games. NONE OF THAT OCCURRED

Agreed on distance to the game. I even defended that aspect of it

mw4vols...that is ridiculous. I have been around that program for several years and never heard the student section curse. Maybe you don't understand what they are saying. Can't beat Riverdale so you have to put them down....

You obviously never went to a Riverdale at Oak Ridge football game? Ask folks how many Riverdale fans showed up for those over the years. The Warriors travel well, regardless of distance. High schools in Ohio and Kentucky can attest to that.

So you take thousands of people to away ball games??? The post I responded to said there was thousands of Riverdale fans there.

It wouldn't matter where we play, we bring lots of fans.  We travel well.  You would be amazed at how many folks went to Hawaii when we played there a couple years ago.  It wasn't in the hundreds, but it was more than I saw today in the far end of the area that was Oak Ridge fans.

Congratulations to the Lady Warriors on a super game. Enjoy your well earned victory. Still very proud of the Lady Wildcats for making it to the State Finals for the tenth time. Looking forward to next year and seeing what Coach Green and the team can accomplish.
