Looks like someone is putting down a metal roof right directly over the old worn out rotten roof with no roofing underlayment. They better get'em plenty of buckets down there at the Dollar General cause they sure going to need'em.2qjvx4n.jpg

After surviving the Great Hail Storm of 1977, that roof will never come down.

The Wick didn't use inferior materials like all of today's builders in order to raise profit margins.

Especially builders that don't see very well.

I call those type roofs the good ole boy roofs. The customers want to experience the sound of rain but not prepared for it to be raining in the house in four or five years. That's why they have a Dollar General close by on each side of Alnwick in case they need some cheap buckets.
